Jamal Murray Hits Court For Nuggets' Summer League

DENVER (CBS4)- Jamal Murray hit the court for the Denver Nuggets' summer league practice on Monday.

He elected to play for the Nuggets instead of taking a shot at playing for Team Canada at the Summer Olympics in Rio.

Murray said it was crucial to get off to a good start with the Nuggets.

"You know, it's tough. I always want to play for my country and this would be my second year that I would play for Canada to try out for the Olympics, so it was a tough decision but I feel like my first year in the NBA I want to get off on the right step," said Murray.
