I-70 Reopens After Crash Between Genesee And Morrison

MORRISON, Colo. (CBS4) - Both directions of Interstate 70 reopened at about 10 a.m. Monday between Morrison and Genesee.

A major crash shut down both sides of the highway during the first snow storm of the season in the Denver metro area.

The Colorado Department of Transportation reported the crash at about 8:45 a.m. Monday.

The closure spanned from West Colfax Avenue to U.S. 40.

There's no word on what led up to the crash or whether anyone was injured.
