Woman Killed After Crashing Into Fire Truck

LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- Both directions of Interstate 25 were closed at Owl Canyon Road on Friday night due to a deadly crash involving a fire truck.

The southbound lanes of the highway were re-opened at 10:45 p.m, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation. Northbound traffic was re-opened at 11:05.

The initial crash happened at mile marker 282 between a vehicle and semi.

The investigation became more complicated when a car struck a fire truck at the scene. The driver of that car, a woman, was killed.
