ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A hunter has been formally charged with second-degree assault and felony menacing for allegedly shooting a pilot in Adams County.

Two weeks ago James Johnson, 50, was flying his ultralight plane over his cornfield located near East 64th Avenue and Calhoun Byers Road when he was hit by shotgun pellets. Investigators arrested Frank Urban of Byers in connection with the shooting.
