House Fire Becomes Homicide Investigation

FOUNTAIN, Colo. (CBS4) - A house fire investigation has turned into a homicide case after a woman's body was found inside a burning home in Fountain.

Crews battled the flames early Wednesday morning.

Police said Larissa Tiffany-Schiess, 27, was found dead inside. It is believed she was dead before the fire started.

There have been no arrests but police are interviewing her ex-boyfriend who is considered a person of interest.
