Holiday Carousel Brings Spirit To Denver Pavilions

DENVER (CBS4)- The first-ever carousel is going around at the Denver Pavilions along the 16th Street Mall.

It's all part of the plan to entice shoppers to this area of downtown.

Deputy Mayor Cary Kennedy believes the Pavilions are a great place to create a new holiday tradition for shoppers and their families.

"We want to promote really unique and special shopping experiences here downtown so the holiday carousel is a wonderful opportunity for families to come downtown and make some memories," said Kennedy.

The carousel will be running through Dec. 21 starting at 11 a.m. daily.

Rides are $3 or free with a non-perishable food donation.
