Police Search For Hit & Run Driver After 2 Children Struck

DENVER (CBS4) - Police in Denver are searching for the driver of a vehicle wanted in a hit-and-run that left two children and one adult injured.

The crash happened at South Yates Street and West Ohio Avenue. The victims were rushed to the hospital.

Their conditions are unknown but police say they didn't suffer serious bodily injury.

The adult was reported to be the children's grandmother. The children were said to be an 8-year-old boy and 7-year-old girl.

Police are searching for a suspect vehicle described as a gray Nissan compact.

Officers are investigating what led up to the hit-and-run.
