Hit & Run In Downtown Denver Leaves Elderly Woman Seriously Injured

DENVER (CBS4) - A hit-and-run accident sent an elderly woman to the hospital on Monday.

The incident happened around noon at 22nd Avenue and Stout Street. Police say the victim suffered serious injuries.

Police are looking for a white Hyundai Sonata that drove off. The driver is described as a white woman around 35 years old with brown hair pulled back in a bun. She was wearing a white tank top and was last seen driving eastbound on Park Avenue.
