Hillary Rodham Clinton Speaks In Aspen

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair are headlining the main event at the Aspen Ideas Festival.

Clinton talked about her experiences as secretary of state with Iraq, Syria and Russia during her appearance Monday during the festival's "Afternoon of Conversation." Blair is scheduled to speak later in the afternoon.

Clinton was in Colorado last week to promote her book and attend her family's annual domestic policy meeting. Blair is now a Middle East peace envoy. He has rejected arguments by critics who claim Iraq would be stable today had the 2003 invasion not happened as "simply not credible."
