Hiker Dies On Trail Near Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — A man who suffered a medical emergency on Barr Trail near Colorado Springs on Saturday has died.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office says the man had a medical emergency about two miles up the trail. Fellow hikers tried CPR and were not successful in reviving him.
Barr Trail was temporarily closed while first responders tried to save his life.
The man and his medical condition have not been released.
