Highway 285 Over Poncha Pass Open After Slides

PONCHA SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - U.S. Highway 285 south of Poncha Springs is back open after some mudslides.

The Colorado State Patrol is warning drivers to look out for falling rocks and other debris on Wednesday on Poncha Pass.

One of the slides that hit Tuesday evening was deep enough to reach the windshields of cars.

Two cars were caught but no one was injured.
