Highway 24 Reopens Near Minturn After CDOT Clears Rock Slide

MINTURN, Colo. (CBS4) - Highway 24 has reopened near Minturn after a rock slide forced its closure.

The slide happened around 7 p.m. Saturday at Battle Mountain which left large boulders blocking the road.

The Colorado Department of Transportation had to remove boulders on Sunday and Monday and patched the road so it could be used again Tuesday morning.
