Hickenlooper To Announce New Flood Aid Process

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – Gov. John Hickenlooper is taking steps to help cities and counties still recovering from last year's historic September floods.

The governor is supposed to announce a new process and give a check to Boulder County Wednesday afternoon.
