Groundbreaking For New Rec Center Set For Monday

DENVER (CBS4)- Crews will break ground on the new recreation center near East High School on Monday.

Copter4 flew over the property where the rec center will be built at Colfax Avenue and Josephine.

The rec center will include a lap pool, fitness center and a child care area.

Construction is expected to be finished by summer 2017.
