1 Dead, 1 Injured In Shooting In Greeley

GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Greeley investigated a deadly shooting on Friday night. The shooting happened in the 700 block of 12th Street.
When officers arrived, they found two males who had been shot. One was pronounced deceased at the scene. The other, seriously injured, was rushed to the hospital for surgery.
What happened leading up to the shooting is being investigated but officers believe the shooting happened after a disturbance. It is unknown whether those involved knew each other prior to the shooting.
Officers are investigating a shooting in the 700 block of 12th street. This is an active investigation, there is no threat to the community. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
