Grandmother Pleads Guilty To Leaving Toddler Alone After Fireworks Show
DENVER (CBS4)- A grandmother who life her granddaughter alone in Civic Center Park after the Independence Eve fireworks show pleaded guilty to charges in the case.
Brenda Gallas, also known as Brenda Littlespottedhorse, pleaded guilty on Thursday to the charge of wrongs to minors.
Her granddaughter was found in a stroller alone in the park after the July 3 fireworks show.
She faces a fine of up to $999 or a year in jail when she is sentenced next month. Gallas remains in custody on a probation violation from Pennington County, South Dakota.
