Gov. Jared Polis Helps Leawood Elementary School Students Kick-Off Read-A-Thon

LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4)- Students in Littleton were excited to kick off their annual Read-A-Thon with a special guest on Thursday. Gov. Jared Polis met with 5th graders and kindergarteners at Leawood Elementary School.
The Read-A-Thon is a fundraiser for the school. The students collect money based on how many minutes they read.
