'Frozen' Musical Leaves Economic Impact On Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - The pre-Broadway run of the musical adaptation of Disney's "Frozen" was a rousing success in Denver, and the city saw a financial impact.

Almost 126,000 people saw the show during its 47 performances.

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts says the production generated more than $30 million for Denver, coming from things like travel, hotels, restaurants and parking.

On top of that, the production also provided work for more than 200 local stagehands, musicians and wardrobe assistants.
