Free National Park Days For President's Day Weekend

DENVER (CBS4)- The National Park Service is marking the President's Day holiday on Monday by waiving entrance fees at all 405 national parks this weekend, including all those in Colorado.

Those in the state include Rocky Mountain National Park, Great Sand Dunes, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Mesa Verde, Sand Creek National Historic Site and Colorado National Monument.

Entrance fees are waived to those locations through Monday, Feb. 16.

The other free days for National Parks include:
April 18-19: opening weekend of National Park Week
August 25: National Park Service Birthday
September 26: National Public Lands Day
November 11: Veterans Day
