Mental Health Co-Responders To Team Up With Frederick Police

FREDERICK, Colo. (CBS4)- The Frederick Police Department has a new co-responder program to help with mental health calls. In partnership with North Range Behavioral Health, co-responders will be available to help police with case consultation.
They will also help with crisis intervention, service coordination and referrals to resources.
Firestone, Dacono and Mead have also joined the Carbon Valley and Mead Co-Responder Program.
