Frederick Police Looking For Sexual Assault Fugitive

FREDERICK, Colo. (CBS4) – The Frederick police department is actively searching for a fugitive that may possibly be armed.

According to police, Thomas William Asche has an outstanding warrant for sexual assault on a child.

Authorities say there is no reason to believe he is a threat to the community at this time but he may possible be armed with a small caliber handgun.

A SWAT team entered his home Sunday morning but he wasn't there and authorities don't believe he is still in Weld County.

The 37-year-old is 5-foot-10-inches tall, around 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
