Fountain Man Accused Of Murder, Arson In Death Of Woman

FOUNTAIN, Colo. (AP) — A man already in custody has been arrested in the death of a woman whose body was found inside a burning home in Fountain last week.

Police say 29-year-old Thomas Lee Turley of Fountain was arrested Wednesday on first-degree murder and arson charges in the death of 27-year-old Larissa Gabriella Tiffany-Schiess of Fountain.

Her body was found Feb. 4. The next day Turley was arrested on unrelated warrants and was still in the El Paso County jail when he was re-arrested in the murder case.

He will be held in jail until his first court appearance. It's not known if he has a lawyer yet.
