Fort Collins Police Search For Hit & Run Driver

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - Fort Collins police are searching for a driver who hit a pedestrian crossing the street and then drove off.

The hit-and-run occurred at the intersection of West Elizabeth Street and Constitution Avenue Thursday at approximately 8:50 p.m.

The male victim has serious injuries but is expected to survive.

The hit-and-run vehicle is described as a late 1990s to early 2000s dark red or maroon colored sedan. Witnesses say it looked like an import model, possibly a Honda or Toyota.
