Fort Collins Wants To Make It Easier To Change Marijuana Laws

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - A ballot question could go to voters in Fort Collins in November that would change how marijuana laws work there.

On Tuesday night the city council will consider the measure.

If passed, it would essentially allow Fort Collins to change its marijuana regulations without voter approval.
