Fort Collins Hopes To Help Panhandlers, Wants Input

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- The City of Fort Collins is considering a pilot program to help reduce panhandling and loitering.

The Street Outreach program would connect panhandlers with services designed to help get them off the streets.

The city is taking public comments on the issue and proposed solution through an online survey. They are seeking input from those who live or work in Fort Collins.
