Fort Carson Troops Return For Emotional Welcome Home

FORT CARSON, Colo. (CBS4)- Dozens of Fort Carson soldiers returned home on Monday night for an emotional reunion with their families and loved ones.
The troops returned home from Afghanistan. They were deployed in December 2015 to help with security in the region.
"It's awesome. We worked hard but it's great to be back," said one soldier.
Another homecoming ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday morning.
