Former Routt County Deputy Treasurer Accused Of Embezzling

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - The former deputy treasurer of Routt County has been arrested for allegedly embezzling.

Lila M. Stucker faces 144 counts of embezzlement of public money and theft charges. She's accused of misappropriating more than $21,000 in county funds from 2006 to 2013.

Stucker worked for Routt County for more than 25 years. She was fired from the Treasurer's Office in June 2013.
