Former CU Tackle Tyler Polumbus Rejoins The Broncos

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Former University of Colorado standout tackle Tyler Polumbus has been signed by the Denver Broncos, the team announced Thursday.

Polumbus, an 8-year NFL veteran, spent his first two seasons with the Broncos after being signed as a college free agent in 2008. He also played for Seattle, Washington and Atlanta.

To make room for Polumbus the Broncos waived safety Josh Bush.

"An All-Big 12 Conference performer at CU and a graduate of Cherry Creek High School in Englewood … Polumbus is one of only 12 players to start a game at the Colorado high school, college and NFL levels," the Broncos said in a statement.
