Former Buffs Standout WR Darrin Chiaverini Back At CU As A Coach

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Former Colorado Buffaloes standout wide receiver Darrin Chiaverini is joining head coach Mike McIntyre's staff.

Chiaverini will return to his alma mater as co-offensive coordinator, receivers coach and recruiting coordinator. He replaces Troy Walters who left to coach at Central Florida.

"I couldn't ask for more," Chiaverini said, according to cubuffs.com. "The stars definitely aligned to bring me back home. It's been in my heart for a long, long time. Chiaverini has been on the staff at Texas Tech the past two years.
