"We heard a loud pop in the back of the yard, and when I went to investigate in the backyard I seen that there was a power line was down that was catching a tree on fire," Michael Combs told CBS4.

Combs, who lives next door, ran to the scene to see if anyone was in danger.

"I was mainly concerned for a lot of folks," he said.

Neighbors say they frequently saw activity late at night at the home but didn't suspect the home was being used as a grow house.
