Evacuations lifted for fire near Fort Collins in Northern Colorado

Extreme winds complicate firefighting efforts in Northern Colorado

A fire forced mandatory evacuations for a neighborhood near Fort Collins in Northern Colorado. Those evacuations were lifted just before 1 p.m. 

According to the Larimer County Office of Emergency Management, the evacuations were ordered for Terry Lake Road south to Vine Drive - Highway 287 west to North Overland Trail.

According to fire officials, the fire has been named the Starry Fire.
