Fight Over Woman May Have Sparked Deadly Stabbing Of CU Student

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Court documents reveal that a deadly stabbing in Boulder could have been sparked by a fight over a woman.

According to the documents, University of Colorado student and Boulder native Ian Scheuermann confessed to stabbing CU graduate student Sean Hudson.

Scheuermann, 22, claims self defense in the attack. He remains in custody on suspicion of second-degree murder.

The two, Scheuermann and Hudson, 26, may have been fighting over a woman that Scheuermann and one of Hudson's friends had dated.
