Federal Boulevard Partially Closed For Serious Crash
ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A serious crash caused part of Federal Boulevard in Adams County to close Monday afternoon. Copter4 showed the crash involving an SUV and a semi truck near 64th Avenue.
Sheriff's officials say two people were taken to the hospital. A spokesperson for Adams County Fire Rescue,Julie Browman, told CBS4 that both were in serious condition at the time they were transported from the scene.
All southbound lanes were closed about 3:15 p.m. and re-opened around 5:45, according to Twitter messages by the Colorado Department of Transportation.
The Colorado State Patrol is investigating the cause and circumstances of the wreck.
