February Snow Tops 4 Feet In Boulder With More Expected

DENVER (CBS4) - It's no Boston, but February has been an unusually snowy month for the city of Boulder.

After several more inches overnight the total for the month now stands at 50.5, smashing the previous all-time February record of 32.1 in 2012.

Boulder has received 3.87 inches of liquid this month, also smashing the previous record of 2.44 in 1987.

The month of February will officially end for the Boulder climate station at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28.

With more snow in the forecast, it looks like they will continue to rewrite this new record.
