DENVER (CBS4) - The FBI tells CBS4 agents are recovering evidence near Highway 40 on Berthoud Pass. Agents and other first responders were seen in the area.
The agency did not release specifics about the operation, saying it would compromise the integrity of the investigation.
They say there is no threat to the public. More details are expected to be released at a later time.
