Family Of Pueblo Teen Worried She May Have Been Kidnapped

PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4) - Relatives of a Pueblo teenager says their loved one may have been kidnapped and is being held hostage.

Pueblo police are searching for 15 year-old Gema Arias. The family reported to police that she never returned home from school on May 13 and ran away.

The family said on Thursday they received messages through social media that she had been kidnapped and was begin held hostage.

The 15-year-old has relatives in the Denver area.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is involved in the search. However, an Amber Alert has not been issued.
