Erie Town Trustees Green Light 13 New Oil & Gas Wells

ERIE, Colo. (CBS4) - Despite loud opposition against it, Erie town trustees voted to approve 13 new oil and gas wells Tuesday night.

The two fracking sites are west of the Front Range Landfill in Erie near the Vista Pointe and Vista Ridge subdivisions. One site would have six wells and the other seven.
