Edible Marijuana Found In Luggage At Aspen Airport

ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) – The Transportation Security Administration found three pounds of marijuana edibles in luggage at the Aspen airport on Friday.

The Pitkin County Sheriff's Office decided not to pursue charges against the traveler because under state law they didn't do anything illegal.

Federal officials said they will enforce the national law which bans marijuana.

However they are not sure where county authority of the airport ends and federal agents take charge.
