"Nothing's changed with Duke, they have great coaches, the players play hard, they know how to win. So this is going to be quite a challenge," said DU Lacrosse Head Coach Bill Tierney.

"Just gives you bigger motivation. Starting off with a big game is huge for us, just keeps it in the back of your mind, like, 'Oh we've got our first game against Duke coming up in however many weeks' so it's just very exciting and it's kind of a benchmark that you want to start off with a good win," said DU Lacrosse Goalie Ryan LaPlante.

DU takes on Duke on Saturday afternoon.
