Driver In Custody After Fatal Green Valley Ranch Crash
DENVER (CBS4) – A driver who was involved in a deadly crash in Denver's Green Valley Ranch area over the weekend has been arrested.
Investigators say Rogelio Daniels, 38, was in a car going over the speed limit Friday night and crashed into another car at Green Valley Ranch Boulevard from Jebel Street.
The other driver, Haron Horton, of Denver, died.
Daniels faces charges of vehicular homicide and possibly driving under the influence.
