D.A. Plans To Seek Death Penalty For Man Accused Of Killing Deputy

ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The Adams County District Attorney will seek the death penalty for a man charged in the killing of a sheriff's deputy.

Deputy Heath Gumm died in January while responding to an assault near 88th Avenue and Washington Street in Thornton.
