Double Shooting At Apartment Becomes Homicide Investigation
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police announced Friday at 10 a.m. that one of two victims in a shooting had been pronounced dead.
The shooting happened Thursday night at the Spyglass Hill apartments on East Mississippi Avenue. Two people were transported from the scene to the hospital, where one was pronounced dead. The other victim remains in critical condition.
Neighbors in the apartment said it sounded like someone was being kicked around.
Police are now investigating the shooting as a homicide, and the suspect remains at large.
