Double Fatal Crash Closes Parts Of Highway 66 In Weld County

WELD COUNTY (CBS4) - Colorado State Patrol has ordered the closure of Highway 66 at Weld County Road 17 after a crash kills two people. The crash happened just after 6:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.

There is no timetable for the highway to reopen. Very little is known at this time about the victims of the crash. A 2008 Jeep and a 2014 Ford pickup were involved.
