Developers Get Initial Support For Dinosaur Ridge Rezoning

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The Jefferson County Planning Commission has approved the plan to rezone an area near Dinosaur Ridge.

Developers want to build car dealerships, gas stations and a hotel, but many neighbors are against the plan.

County commissioners still need to approve the plan. They're expected to discuss it next month.
