Deputy Pleads Guilty To Using Patrol Car For Sexual Activity

EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A former Eagle County deputy pleaded guilty Wednesday to official misconduct.

An investigation revealed Arthur Lee Freeman used his patrol car for sexual activity while on duty. The misconduct took place over a two-year period.

Freeman has now been sentenced to one year of probation, community service, and mental health treatment.

He was discharged from the Eagle County Sheriff's Office earlier this year.
