Medical Call To Police Turns Out To Be Gunshot Victim, Suspect On Loose

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) - Deputies in Arapahoe County are investigating a shooting that occurred in Centennial Tuesday evening.

According to Julie Brooks with the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, the shooting occurred in the 5500 block of South Jebel Way just before 5:30 p.m. and originally came in as a medical call. When medics arrived on scene they found someone who was shot.

Deputies are looking for Jonathon Ryan, 31, who is approximately 6-foot-1 and 175 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Ryan may be driving a 2003 red or maroon Ford 150 with Colorado plates 764-GGI. Investigators believe Ryan may be armed and say not to approach him and call 911.

The name condition of the victim hasn't been released but was the person who called 911.
