Denver Weather: Record Cold Possible In Northeast Colorado By Monday

DENVER (CBS4) - An unusually cold arctic air mass will move into northeast Colorado later this weekend with temperatures potentially near record levels by Monday morning. Denver's record low for March 4th is 3 degrees below zero last set in 1978.

There could also be a few new record cold high temperatures set during the day on Sunday. The coldest high ever recorded in Denver on March 3rd was 14 degrees in 1978.
