Denver Weather: DIA Hits 90 Degrees, Latest On Record Since 1982

DENVER (CBS4) - Despite fairly thick mid and high-level cloud cover on Wednesday, Denver International Airport hit 90 degrees at 2:25 p.m. on Wednesday for the first time this year. According to the National Weather Service in Boulder the average date for the first 90 degree temperature in Denver is June 10.

Wednesday's 90 degree temperature is the latest on record since 1982 and is tied for the 17th latest in Denver's climate record which spans 148 years.
