New 'Tiny Homes' Officially Open For Occupancy

DENVER (CBS4) - Tiny homes in the River North neighborhood are now open for occupancy.

After two months of building the units, some of Denver's homeless will start to settle in to their new little houses in RiNo.

Village residents also have access to an on-site communal bathhouse.

The tiny village is allowed under a 6-month temporary zoning permit.

It's at 38th Avenue and Walnut Street, but could relocate after the initial trial period ends.
