Denver Rescue Mission Serves 500+ Thanksgiving Meals

DENVER (CBS4)- The Denver Rescue Mission served up more than 500 Thanksgiving meals to the homeless and less fortunate on Wednesday.

Gov. John Hickenlooper joined Denver Mayor Michael Hancock, other city leaders and volunteers to serve up a traditional holiday meal that included all the fixings of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and pie.
